Not Now Bernard is a fast moving physical comedy about how quickly we grow up, and have children of our own. Are Barnard's parents ignoring him, or are they just too busy to listen to everything he has to say? When they are not rushing through their hectic day, they are so tired that they daydream about holidays, and remember what they wanted to do when they were kids. It's no wonder they don't miss Bernard, when they still feel like 12 year olds themselves!
