Rhymes of the Greenwood draws on some of the earliest legends of England's greatest folk hero, Robin Hood. The story evokes both the idyll and roughness of medieval times and uses the traditions of the old English May games and travelling players. Suitable for children of all ages from 8-80. Staged excerpts. Further development of this piece is planned to create a full-length work for children.
