Welcome aboard for a sparkling adventure around the Islands of Objects. Meet the fantastic creatures living there and keep a look out for hidden treasure. Under a shimmering carousel, a magical world opens up. Simple household materials transform into glittering palaces and shimmering tea parties in an underwater world. Come and join in our interactive performance and creative play session for young children in a wonderful, immersive environment. An imaginative approach to exploring materials with babies and young children developed by puppeteer Alison McGowan and visual artist Tanya Axford; performed by Alison McGowan and Alex Finnegan. This performance is non-verbal and takes place in a darkened environment.
