Dance, Live Music, Live Science and Comedy for family audiences The one hour performance includes live music from around the world, live classics, jazz and rock, with breakdance and acrobatics to thrilling Argentinean drumming; a shower scene to Mozart’s Queen of the Night; amazing Peruvian rhythm boxes; a tribute to the Muppet Show and a disappearing dinosaur egg! Up to 30 children aged 7 to 11 years can take part in a workshop from 11am, working with the company to ldevise, learn, rehearse the exciting finale to the afternoon show. The group, led by Susana García (Tango Argentina, De La Guarda) and Nigel Warrack (Ra-Ra Zoo, Theatre de Complicité) grew out of a desire to create new dance with live music that is exciting and fun.

It also features the wild energy and rhythms of the Maori Haka from New Zealand, an amazing array of gongs and gamelans from Bali, saxophones, flutes, bass clarinets, didgeridoo, musical saw and daxxling display of percussion instruments from all over the world. Don't miss the Humungous Box with seven arms and three legs that can play any instrument it finds...The impressive international cast of six professional dancers and musicians, have worked variously with DV8 Physical Theatre, The Jiving Lindy Hoppers, Jonathan Burrows Group, Ra-Ra Zoo Comedy Circus, JazzXchange and Tango Argentino.
