European folk tale of a prince and his quest for a magic tree. The story tells of a Prince and his quest for the magic tree that will win the heart of the beautiful but vain Princess. When his quest goes wrong, he and the princess find that the love cannot be bought and sold but must be earned. The tale is told by a story-teller using traditional glove puppets in an attractive, uncomplicated style. Duration 45 minutes. Ages 3+, 45mins.
