Production details

What dangers would you face, what risks would you take to save your best friend? Gerda and Cei are inseparable. But one day a shard of magical mirror falls into Cei's eye, turning him cold and cruel. When the heartless Snow Queen steals Cei away to help rebuild her broken treasure, only Gerda believes that he can be saved. Armed with just her wits and her beloved pair of red boots, she must make a perilous journey alone, traveling through each of the four seasons until she reaches the ice palace in the heart of the frozen north. With charming princes, gossiping flowers and blood-thirsty robbers to deal with, Gerda enlists the help of Bea, a talking reindeer, to show her the way. Can Gerda rescue Cei in time to stop the Snow Queen's plan to plunge the world into eternal winter? Join us this Christmas for an enchanting tale of friendship and adventure based on Hans Christian Andersen's classic story.
