The small wonder that is 'The Fantasticks' was one of the longest running musicals in the world, only recently ending its run off Broadway after opening in May 1960 and playing all over the world. Loosely based on Romeo and Juliet, this is the story of 'A boy, a girl, two fathers and a wall'. The hilarious and achingly tender script is threaded with wonderful music - 'They Were You', 'Soon it's Gonna Rain' and of course the haunting 'Try to Remember a Kind of September'.
