It's Only Make Believe is set in a derelict London cinema. Carol and Bev plan to turn the building into a cafe with a movie theme. Carol thinks she is alone but to her surprise and horror, from a damp cellar full of film cans appear the stars of old 'B' movies. All-action American hero Brad Maguire, blond bombshell Donna Deecup, Mafia hit-man Frankie de Chino and, making an entrance to captivate every heart, is Lola Del Monte - the girl who always says yes! Hopes and dreams come true in this musical - featuring hits from the Fifties, Sixties, and Seventies.
