USER (07Oct04): Fantastic. James Fox was amazing as Judas. The programme says its his theatrical debut! I can hardly believe it. Great show and great cast! Enjoyed myself immensely. 5
USER (30Sep04): Judas-awesome! Was that really James Fox? 5
USER (29Sep04): 21st sep 04;James Fox absolutely stunning as Judas, hope to go again next week to make sure I'm not imagining things, should be back on the west end stage. 5
USER (24Sep04): Very powerful! I wanted to sing out each word that was sung. I have seen this many times and it still moves me greatly to tears at the end! Judus was outstanding in his performance, torn between Jesus, the atmosphere of the crowds, his conscience, the high priests and the fear of what was to happen! He didn't want blood money only for Jesus to keep a low profile. Scared that he knew this was all going to happen. He was desperate amd portrayed this till his death. Jesus was magnificent, so calm, so cool, no bodies fool (as the song goes). The set was very clever and quick to change. The crown of thorns always over the stage. A highly recommended show to see, which leaves you stunned at the end, but humming all the tunes! 5
USER (22Sep04): Moody Judas. Powerful Magdelene. Razmataz of Herod excellent. Thought provoking Jesus. Set was surprising and lighting effects enhanced the mood. A cracking evening out. 5
