Manifesto for a New City archiveSomewhere in contemporary Britain a friendly revolution snatches power from the city's leaders and delivers it to its bread-kneaders and stone masons, its sculptors and chocolate fanciers, its egg painters and flower arrangers, its blacksmiths and conjurors.
