The Swinging Sixties, London is sizzling in the summer sun and Carnaby Street is a riot of fashion and colour. Cyril, the best dressed, quick-witted, fast-fisted, king of the Mods falls in love with Rox, the Soho stunner. There's only one problem - Cyril has a very big nose.
