Some Like It Hot archiveMusical version of the film. A comedy following the pursuits of two musicians who unwittingly stumble upon the St. Valentine's Day Massacre and have to flee town for their lives. Unfortunately, they are flat broke, so they decide to join a band leaving town. However, the only band leaving town is the all girl band "Sweet Sue and her Society Syncopators". Much hilarity follows as they bluff their way onto the train and out to sunny Miami. Along the way they meet Sugar Kane and, quite naturally, have trouble keeping their manly feeling a secret. Gerry / Daphne tries to have a two "person" pajama party, only to be joined by the rest of the all girl band in his bunk. Joe / Josephine finally pulls the ultimate stunt when he pretends to be the millionaire heir to Shell Oil. Unfortunately, their plans go awry when the hotel they are playing at becomes host to a Chicago "Businessmen's Convention". The very gangsters they are fleeing arrive on their doorstep. The two are soon recognised and all avenues of escape are cut off - except one. Can Joe / Josephine persuade Gerry / Daphne to undertake the ultimate sacrifice?
