Set in the 1940s on the backdrop of the Second World War, the tale tells of LiLotta's quest for stardom and also explores political and feminist themes from then and now. Infectiously upbeat, with an all original score, the show is a whirlwind of sequined costumes, smarmy magicians, vengeful chorus girls and plotting stagehands, sure to make any audience want to sing along.
