Adventure/Misadventure explores epic themes of freedom versus home in an exciting and unique form. Tales of crap jobs, geisha chasing and discoing monks are fused together to create a bittersweet journey between romanticism and reality and back again. With direction from established performance maker Rachel Mars, and in collaboration with Nick Trepka (co-producer of Speech Debelle & Roots Manuva) as musical director, Adventure/Misadventure is a theatrical mixtape that is heartbreakingly funny and evocative.
