Production details

This new solo piece devised and performed by Cecilia Macfarlane, is a reflection on the last two years following the death of her son Gus. There are three aspects to the work: Living in the present, Glancing into the future and Embracing perspective - the larger picture of humans in space and time. Music is created by Emily Levy and sculpture created by Cecilia and artist Nomi Everall. The evening opens with the premiere of a new composition by John Duggan set to Rumi’s poem Dance. Helen Poynor is the project’s creative mentor.
