The Newport Monologues takes place during a secret committee meeting. A group of residents, all passionate about their City, have gotten together to discuss ways to celebrate and improve it. While at the meeting they reminisce about Newport's past and present, during their discussions a surprising group of very colourful characters are all brought to life, who all have Newport in their hearts and a tale to tell about life in this great City.
