A culinary adventurer with a passion for food, nature, the seasons and mainly being outdoors, Valentine Warner first appeared on our TV screens in 2008 with his series What to Eat Now. A second series followed, concentrating on summer’s seasonal bounty and two books followed, What to Eat Now and What to Eat Now - More Please. He also finds time to write a monthly column for BBC cookery magazine Olive and also for The Times, The Independent, Waitrose Food Illustrated and more! A self-confessed, natural born fidget, he relaxes most when he is at home in the kitchen so let some of that culinary therapy rub off on you and be inspired with his seasonal fish and shellfish dishes from the wild Welsh Coast.
