The Edible Opera concept draws upon historic traditions of sociable eating during performance to provide an approachable and lively audience environment.

Production details
Louise Alder, Martin Lamb and Duncan Rock will perform, accompanied by Genevieve Ellis and directed by Lauren Collins, in an environment created by Hiroko Matsuo. Food will be prepared by chef Pedro Passinhas, who has cooked at ?The Fat Duck', ?Le Gavroche' and ?Galvin at Windows'.
