Audiences think they know pantomime, but with Two Petite Pantos you can leave your expectations at the door. With an LGBTQ soundtrack, a live election and not just one but two pantomimes being performed: this will be panto like you've never seen it before. Dick Whittington tells the story of a boy hoping to find London's streets paved with gold and the adventures that ensue along with a cat, a rat, a girl dressed as a boy, a boy dressed as a girl and a fairy. In Mother Goose Vanity has just been elected President of Pantoland and is on a mission to make it great again, by whatever foul means possible; but standing between him and glory is Mother Goose. Will she succumb to his wicked ways or will she come to her senses and save humanity? Two Petite Pantos is out to show that pantomime is as vital a theatrical voice for political and social discussion as any new play that might be produced at the National Theatre or Royal Court. And not forgetting, of course, that pantomime is the funniest, loudest and most sparkling evening in the theatre that the whole family can enjoy! Both pantos will be full of laugh out loud comedy, groan inducing puns and just enough romance to keep everyone happy. The cast is made up of experienced pantomime professionals who have worked all over the UK and with some of British entertainment's most legendary stars.
