GAME CHANGER is a combination of political theatre, cabaret and performance art. Six variety acts all look at a different aspect of gentrification. The audience play an integral part: they are split into teams, or communities, around tables, and can win prizes to help gentrify their community. GAMECHANGER is an accessible, warm and fun piece of political theatre. What better way to learn about squatting laws then through the medium of song? The company created the show collaboratively, hand-making it from scratch so that everything sparkles and nothing has a totally straight line. Expect low-tech multimedia and badly composed harmonies.
