It was a Dark and Stormy Night, his fifth Fringe show. This one-man show is 75 minutes of Literature, Poetry and Drama illustrated with readings from Dickens, Robert Browning, Leopold Lewis and others, with some chat and a bit of drama. Alan said 'I am reviving undeservedly forgotten pieces such as East Lynn as well as presenting evergreen items such as The Lady of Shalott that many of us are familiar with - but there’s no music this year.'
