What happens when 14 actors with a combined age of 910 start to play with some of the many things that have inspired them in their long and active lives? The answer ? a kaleidoscope of interweaving, overlapping, intricate stories. Moments of laughter, moments of tears, and everything in between. Arcola 60+ is the theatre's acclaimed performance company for residents aged sixty or above in Hackney and the surrounding boroughs. This professional production is the product of weekly rehearsals over the last six months, and a compelling showcase of the talent, passion and ideas of some of our most experienced citizens.
