NIE lead you on a wild romp through the Moscow back streets, a world populated by strange and dangerous characters, raucous music and a very nervous policeman. Using live music, clowning, animation and storytelling NIE bring you a very strange, very true, very modern story. This performance is based on the story of Ivan Mishukov, a young boy from Moscow who left home at the age of four to live with wild street dogs. He survived with the dogs for 2 years before being captures by the police and placed in a children's home. Social workers said that Ivan 'sometimes behaved like a dog and said that dogs were better than people because they did not lie.'
