This showcase evening of new work and ideas-in-progress is a key event in the development process for the selected playwrights and your opinion is fully welcomed. After each performance you have the chance to feedback your thoughts, first impressions and ideas on how the piece worked. Whether you are particularly interested in drama, or a fledgling theatre-goer yourself, it doesn't matter - everyone finds things they relate to, scenes they enjoy watching, dialogue that sparks a reaction... and elements they feel could be changed! Every year, as part of the Page is Printed Literary Festival, Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre invites emerging playwrights to submit their scripts to be one of three selected to be staged at this exciting Page to Stage scratch night of new writing and performance. The winners are awarded a ?100 bursary each and use of Tacchi-Morris facilities for rehearsals. Most importantly they have the opportunity to share their work with a live audience - and that is where YOU come in!
