Carnival involving young musicians from all over Perthshire performing a variety of musical activities. Samba, singing, dance, plus a few surprise guests and street entertainers. Please note this is intended to be an outdoor event but will take place inside the concert hall if weather is inclement. Youth Music Initiative project.
