In the spirit of pioneering, Artists in Exile, a fast-evolving movement of professional artists from around the world, utilise a form of creative democracy to look at new, exciting ways of moving forward. How many times have you watched a theatre piece where the hero makes a choice and you want to shout "Stop. Why don t you try it this way?" Inspired by the work of Augusto Boal, Artists in Exile invite the audience to participate in a live theatrical debate in which experiences and ideas are rehearsed and shared.
