A double-bill of two one-act plays.
ACTION explores the secrets behind people's smiling faces and casual conversations, how people find each other, lie to each other, cope with separation, find each other again, and how the Interanimation Theatre Company have rehearsed the production. The performance of each one act play is followed by a brief re-enaction of a rehearsal moment, which makes the audience privy to the process of preparing a production.
ACTION offers a heart-warming perspective on the relationships of three very different couples. Samantha and Roger in 'A Plan of Action' try to discover a missing piece in their relationship, teenagers Tabitha and Liam hatch a wicked plan, and in 'Melody', Mr Kane and Kathleen find haven from the tribulations of their business lives.
