All Night I Dream About Being Good
T01259340074
A young actor arrives backstage to play a small part in Hamlet for the first time. After four lines and less than a minute onstage, he exits. Sitting backstage with three other jaded actors who also play minor roles, he is forced to come to terms with not being special.
All Night I Dream...is a new play about the people at the edges of our focus, and how we invariably, imperceptibly, and necessarily fill in their blanks. (And an old woman dies unexpectedly.)
