Like ripples in a pond, actions always carry consequences. The discovery of a note left by a suicide victim triggers a re-investigation into the death of teenage prostitute Cilla Ward, who went missing 20 years ago. The line between victim and perpetrator, crime and honour, right and wrong are all brought starkly into question as the audience is granted an audience with Norman Watkinson - the suicide victim - to unravel the secrets he took to his grave.
