Dervish

T02072641736
The play opens with a wise Sufi Dervish telling his story through poems, rubayats, music and dance. This story was chosen from thousands of others and comes from the lands of the Great Silk Road. As the legend says, a mighty Khan ruled a great kingdom, but he was not blessed with an heir and suffered from loneliness. Also among all his courtiers there was not one he could trust. Instead he relied solely on his beloved horse.
