In Dick Barton: Special Agent, we meet the arch-villain Baron Scarheart, the head of EFIL (Evil Foreigners in London). He and his beautiful, but treacherous, agent Marta Heartburn plan to take over the country by poisoning the nation's tea. Can Dick Barton and his trusty working-class sidekicks Jock and Snowy save the free world from the forces of darkness? How can they escape from being suspended from the top of Big Ben?
