A guardian angel Gabriel is sent to look over, follow and protect the lives of three guys on earth. Josh, Mark and Stan are three ordinary guys living three ordinary lives. Trivial is the best world to describe the lives of these characters. As the play unfolds we find out that they are ridden with the unhappiness and instability of their financial situation. Things go from bad to worse as Josh, the sole breadwinner of the group, lands himself into a spot of trouble. He only loses his 'job', but also finds out that he owes a considerably large amount of money to a considerably large man. As the play races to a climax, all that Gabriel can do is watch and wait for the inevitable.
