A retelling of Ovid's Metamorphoses, with bare feet and torchlight. Inspired by Ovid's Metamorphoses, this devised physical theatre piece reveals a dark, bare landscape; the originally well-dressed ensemble are forced to repeat and repeat as they, and the stories they know so well, disintegrate. In this unique adaptation the cast deliver an immensely physical performance of great emotional depth. Performed in moments of isolated torchlight, the piece is accompanied by an arresting and immersive musical score. The spectators are offered an intimate retelling of these classic tales, seen once again in a new light.
