A play with music. Paul's as keen as mustard! It's his first day in his first proper job and at Broadbents the butchers, 'succulence seeps from every slice'. But behind the counter passions boil as Bob and Carol, Jay and Paul collide. What are the dreams that a butcher dreams? What nightmares lurk in the freezer? As the tension mounts and the knives come out Paul can't help but wonder - is he cut out for the butcher's life?
