When 21 year old Aussie girl Jess heads to Britain hungry for adventure, the last thing she expects to be doing is looking after old ladies...She is embarking on life; these women are coming to the end of theirs. What could they possibly have in common? As Jess grapples with her sexuality, identity and creativity, she finds some surprising resonances and illuminations amongst her charges.
