Down at the Ministry of Fish, Cod is King! but after years of neglect in the bowels of the ministry, Mr Spume is about to change all that. Spurred on by the bourgeoning passion of his new secretary, Joan, Mr Spume is hatching something, something big, something that will meddle with the laws of nature and consign Cod to the dustbin to history. Is it sheer madness or the next logical evolutionary step? Will lonely secretary Joan at last find true love or will she find that sometimes when a man loves a woman something fishy might go on!
