Into My Own
T02146559010
Anne was once part of a big family but her Dad died and Ken, her brother, now has a family of his own to look after. Anne and her Mum didn't need anyone else; they looked after each other. Anne's Mum used to teach her Spanish dancing. But now her Mum is really poorly and Anne's life is about to change completely... A play about stepping into the unknown, finding a new life and celebrating the joy that independence brings. While the story focuses on issues about someone with a learning disability it has appeal for a far wider community, bringing gentle humour to this universal theme.
