Play :: Everything s broken: hearts, vows, kitchen chairs. There s even a hole in the fabric of time... A dying Russian artist is having a helluva party in his lakeside dacha. A hundred years later, an American housewife with dad dreams believes her husband s a murderer. Meanwhile two fugitives - a naked stranger and a bruised madonna - meet in a dark wood. Kaput! Is inspired by the prose of Anton Chekhov and Raymond Carver, whose short story Errand builds a vital bridge between them.
