A lively comedy set n a Glasgow old folks' home. Henry, the mouth, is surrounded by people who don't understand him; wheelchair-bound Ivor misses female company; Sarah, the Irish nag, is desperate for peace and quiet; and Hilda is 7 cans short of a six-pack. Into the twilight of their lives erupts a college student on placement, the uncaring owner of the home, a new resident with a history with Sarah, and a surprise Antiques Roadshow visit. Can things get worse? Yes, actually...Hilda arranges a party for the residents and invites their families. Will the families do what they've never done before - and turn up?
