From phoning in stories to get a day off work, to politicians putting 'spin' on an issue, lying allows you to get what you want avoiding any difficult situations. Telling people what they would rather hear is easier than telling the truth. Lies create happiness. This performance will aim to examine the 'art' of a lie. It's complications and implications. From the smallest porky, to media manipulation, we want to look at just how far a lie can go. And how much, in this world of lies, does it matter anymore if we don't tell the truth.
