Tobias has never been allowed out. Tobias has two pet lobsters that he loves. Tobias wanted a friend. Chatty found him one. The boy with no name. He has been locked in a nuclear bunker with them for five years. Tobias has dreams of drag queens, little people and the Seven Wonders of the World. Chatty likes to be punched. She is black and blue.
