Low Jinks
T153717765
Low Jinks is a theatrical joke about failure, with a beautiful punchline. HamFisted! gleefully tear down the barriers between actor and audience, stage and seating, character and performer. A clown, an actor and a real person wrestle for control of one body and this one desperate opportunity to explain themselves to an audience. The clown's tricks are all going horribly wrong and the actor keeps taking his nose off. The person has enough problems trying to save a life before the show ends and he has to go home. Flickering between these different but equally vivid worlds, raw street performance collides with pure theatricality. Exhilarated by the fear of failure,
Low Jinks doesn't stop playing until someone cries.
