Production details
Ancient Scotland. The forces of evil permeate society. Unbeknown to her husband, Lady Macbeth sells her soul. Three shadowy figures prophesy to Macbeth that he will be King. He is persuaded to murder. Once embarked upon, the path to unassailable power is a downward spiral of bloody destruction. Damnation looms. Yet Macbeth, putting his faith in the words of prophesy, clings to his belief that he is invulnerable. As the forces of good rally to depose the tyrant, the forces of evil, ever watchful, prepare themselves too. Good triumphs in the end. Doesn't it? St Leonard's Church, Bridgnorth Shropshire WV16 4EJ.
