Terminators wipe out one of those nice TV doctors. A baby is conceived in the style of the final battle in Star Wars. Puritans attempt to exorcise the studio audience and Jeremy Clarkson becomes a cyborg. Along the way Bill Gates is revived from the dead and a TV network buys the Universe for cable.
