Medea

MedeaT01524936886
Set in West Africa, the piece reveals the last, violent night of a desperate refugee woman, abandoned by her husband. In a performance incorporating traditional storytelling, and African and street dance; the play explores how the discrimination and rejection Medea suffers at the hands both of her husband and her adopted society, drive her to commit a final act of retribution.
