This unique group of young at heart writers are all retired professionals who have come to the stage from careers as varied as teaching and local government... In their new project for 2015, the humble brolly is examined in four diverse para-plays... From a chance encounter in the rain, to the hunt for a valuable parasol, by way of umbrellas acting as a time portal and being at the centre of a contagious illness. The umbrella project was based on 4 firm rules - 4 plays by 4 writers with a cast of 4 actors on the theme of the humble brolly...
