Phaedra I- by Athens-based Persona Theatre Company is a solo multimedia portrayal of a fascinating mythic heroine. The production's 3D mapping and minimalist aesthetics yields a highly poetic visual trip through Phaedra's stations of personal and public history. This is a contemporary and multi-sensory rendering of an insatiable desire for motion and for love. Phaedra embodies all the characters of the ancient myth passed onto us by Euripides, Seneca and Racine.
