The Arches welcomes Dedomenici - a 'one-man subversive think-tank back to Scotland following condemnation by the Conservative Party at last year s Edinburgh Fringe. His show speculated whether the Edinburgh Castle s cannons could be used to attack the new Scottish Parliament and, a month before the Parliament s official opening, Dedomenici re-visits his investigation. He is in no way affiliated to the UN Weapons Inspection programme.
