This forthright, energetic one man play, which explores the horrors of victimisation, will give young people from 13 to 17 years the chance to confront head on the issue of bullying. Why does Geoff get picked on? How can he stop the beatings from the school bully Mickey? How can he tell people he's had enough?
Silent Scream charts Geoff's journey as he searches for an end to the terror. Through a mixture of rap and soul songs, dance, drumming, mime and story-telling, the audience is brought face to face with his anguish. In a post-show workshop the young audience will be encouraged to confront Geoff's situation and explore possible solutions.
