T0 Describes the courtship of a man and woman whose relationship unfolds under the shadow of a non-specified, totalitarian stage. The man is a 'third-class' entertainer, employed by the State to seduce the masses with his singing on the 'Patriotic Variety Hour Show' whilst his wife is forced to move into an artists' commune and bear his child.
